Yuzu Matcha Latte

Yuzu—a fragrant citrus—brings brightness to this matcha drink. Lightly sweetened, served over ice, and perfect for slow mornings or sunny afternoons.
 
Ingredients
• 80ml yuzu juice
• 100ml cold water
• 2 tsp honey or agave
• 1 tsp matcha powder
• 50ml hot water (70°C)
• Ice cubes
 
Instructions
1. In a glass, combine the yuzu juice, cold water, and honey. Stir until well mixed.
2. Whisk the matcha with hot water in a zigzag motion until smooth and frothy.
3. Add ice to the glass and slowly pour the matcha over the yuzu mixture. Serve immediately.
