
Super-Easy Matcha Cookies

Ingredients:
1 stick (113g) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1¼ tablespoons culinary-grade matcha powder
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
Cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a smooth dough forms.
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Cool on a wire rack before serving.
