Irresistible: Matcha G&T

Matcha Gin and Tonic 

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml gin

  • ½ tsp Matcha Matcha (sifted)

  • 20 ml simple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 10 ml fresh lime juice

  • 100 ml tonic water (chilled)

  • Ice

  • Garnish: orange peel (twist it over the glass to release oils), or go bold with both orange peel and a sprig of rosemary

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, whisk together matcha powder and simple syrup until smooth.

  2. Add gin, lime juice, and ice. Shake well.

  3. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.

  4. Top with tonic water and stir gently.

  5. Garnish with an orange peel twist – bonus points if flamed for extra aroma
